党的二十大召开之际，我重新思考个人成长与时代之间的关系。青年并非只在宏大叙事中拥有位置；每一次学习、实践和选择，都是回答时代问题的具体方式。
On the occasion of the 20th CPC National Congress, I reflect anew upon the interplay between individual maturation and our epoch. Youth occupy a station not solely within grand historic narratives; every academic pursuit, social endeavor, and conscious choice constitutes a concrete response to the questions of our era.
在2022年风云诡谲的国际背景下，党带领全国各族人民劈波斩浪，成功控制住新冠疫情的肆虐，胜利召开具有划时代意义的党的二十大。
Amidst the volatile international climate of 2022, the Party led people of all ethnic groups across China through turbulent waters, containing the epidemic’s onslaught and triumphantly convening the epoch-making 20th National Congress.
10月16日，我在山东大学（威海）党支部的组织下聆听大会讲话。报告把国家发展的长远目标与青年一代的现实任务联系起来，也促使我重新审视自己应当如何度过大学生活。
On October 16, under arrangements made by a Party branch at Shandong University (Weihai), I listened attentively to the report. The address intertwined long-term national objectives with the concrete missions of the younger generation, prompting me to re-examine how I ought to navigate my undergraduate journey.
听完报告，我更加清楚，青年的责任不能停留在口号里。对一名共青团员而言，坚定理想信念，也意味着立足自己的专业与生活，把应当完成的学习做好，把能够承担的责任落到实处。
Listening to the report, it became clearer that youth responsibility must never languish as empty sloganeering. For a Communist Youth League member, steadfast convictions mean anchoring in one’s discipline and everyday life, mastering coursework diligently and translating responsibilities into action.
似乎，在大众的普遍认知下，对于“有用的人”的定义似乎总是那么气壮山河：我要成为科学家、艺术家、天文学家、政治家、作家……少年的梦总是斑斓。于是，我的青春随着共青团员身份的确立被赋予了使命和光荣，我的梦想也随之奠定了奉献与爱的基调，伴着绚烂的光辉而前行。
In popular perception, definitions of a “useful person” are often grand and heroic: becoming a scientist, artist, astronomer, statesman, or author… Adolescent aspirations are endlessly kaleidoscope. My youth, framed by League membership, was imbued with mission and honor, grounding my dreams in love and service beneath radiant horizons.
进入大学校园，现实告诉我：五彩斑斓的梦想可以很朴实地落地。 “还记得年少时的梦吗，像朵永远不凋零的花。”少年时代，我们最爱谈梦想，那时候，我们的梦想往往很伟大，但我们认为梦想并没有那么遥不可及，仿佛我们只要一伸手，就能抓住梦想的翅膀。青年时代，我们仍然爱谈梦想，我们蜷缩在学校这个象牙塔，憧憬着未来突破囹圄时的展翅高飞，那时候我们的梦想已慢慢贴近现实，我们认为只要心有所向，虽千万人吾往矣。
Entering university, reality demonstrated that kaleidoscopic aspirations can touch down with unadorned solidity. “Do you still remember childhood dreams, like blossoms that never wither?” In adolescence we loved discussing dreams—lofty, yet seemingly within arm’s reach. In youth we still cherish dreams, sheltered in the ivory tower while anticipating soaring beyond confines; our ideals draw closer to reality, convinced that if the heart has a compass, we shall press on though tens of thousands stand against us.
大学校园让这些看似遥远的理想有了具体尺度：认真完成一次课程任务，主动参加一次社会实践，在集体需要时承担一份工作。青年人的信念，正是在这些日常行动中逐渐变得坚实。
The university campus grants tangible calibration to these ideals: conscientiously completing coursework, proactively engaging in social practice, and stepping up when the community calls. Youthful convictions harden into rock through such mundane devotions.
逐梦不是等待某个辉煌时刻，而是在时代提供的道路上稳步向前。把个人理想放进真实生活，以持续的学习和行动回应使命，正是我从这次学习中得到的答案。
Chasing dreams is no idle wait for a glorious thunderclap, but steady advancement along paths carved by our times. Embedding personal aspirations into living reality and answering our mission through unflagging study and action is the insight I garnered from this study.
5、恰同学少年|山东大学十佳班长王怡硕专访 In the Prime of Youth: Exclusive Interview with SDU Top Ten Class Monitor Wang Yishuo

日拱一卒无有尽，功不唐捐终入海

Advancing a pawn daily without cease; no toil is spent in vain as rivers find the sea.
大学生活事务繁多，班长是一班中责任最为重大的一员。要胜任班长的职位需要的不只是出色的能力，更需要尽心尽力为同学服务的决心。自从小时候起，王怡硕便对学生工作有着别样的热忱，在步入大学前便连续担任了初、高中六年的班长。
Collegiate life brims with multifarious affairs, where the class monitor shoulders the heaviest mantle of duty. Excelling in this post demands not merely sterling capabilities, but genuine devotion to serving peers. Since early youth, Wang Yishuo harbored a special passion for student affairs, serving as monitor throughout all six years of middle and high school before matriculating at university.
当回忆起刚进入大学的他参与竞选并担任班长的原因时，王怡硕感慨道：“我希望通过担任班长来帮助和支持班级成员，更好地了解班级成员的需求和想法，从而体现自己的价值；并通过日常的挑战，提高自己的组织能力和管理能力；我也能从中更好地了解自己的优势和不足，找到自己的定位和方向，不断提升自己。”
Recalling why he ran for and became class monitor upon entering university, Wang said: “I hoped that serving as monitor would let me help and support class members and better understand their needs and ideas, thereby realizing my own value. Daily challenges would also improve my organizational and managerial abilities. Through the role, I could better understand my strengths and shortcomings, find my own position and direction, and keep improving myself.”
王怡硕的学生时代与班长一职紧密相连，并从中收获了难得的成长和锻炼。当谈到本次十佳班长的荣誉时，王怡硕动容地说：“没有每一位班级成员的努力，我是无法拿到这份荣誉的！”正如他在答辩中说到的，每一位同学都是他青春乐章中不可或缺的一个音符，整个集体在漫漫求学路中同舟共济，通力合作，建立起良好的人际关系。王怡硕以其出色的领导能力和团队合作能力带领着班级力争上游，并从中实现了自己的人生价值。
Wang’s student years have been closely tied to the role of class monitor, from which he gained rare opportunities for growth and training. Speaking emotionally about the Top Ten Class Monitor honor, he said: “Without the effort of every member of the class, I could not have received this honor!” As he said in his defense, every student is an indispensable note in the music of his youth. Throughout the long course of their studies, the entire group worked together in the same boat and built good interpersonal relationships. With outstanding leadership and teamwork, Wang led the class in striving for progress and realized his own value through the process.
务实而笃行 行稳方致远
Pragmatic and Resolute: Steady Steps Reach Far Horizons
班风是一个班级的灵魂，而班风建设落实在一次次的班级建设和学生工作。在调动同学对班级建设的积极性上，王怡硕和各位班委讨论，成功提出了一套班级建设的方法论，并在实践中将班级带入了崇实求新的正轨。其中，以下几点具有突出先进借鉴作用：设立班集体目标和奖励，并制定计划加以执行；组织班级团建等活动，增强班级凝聚力；鼓励发挥个人长处，并将其与班级目标相结合；提高参与度，确保人人能参与到班级事务之中。
Class atmosphere is the soul of a cohort, and it is built through repeated class-development efforts and student work. To motivate classmates to take part, Wang discussed the matter with the class committee and successfully developed a methodology that put the class on a path of seeking truth and innovation. Several points offer especially useful examples: set collective goals and rewards and make plans to carry them out; organize class team-building and other activities to strengthen cohesion; encourage individuals to use their strengths and connect them with class goals; and raise participation so that everyone can take part in class affairs.
在王怡硕为首的班委的不懈努力下，多位同学取得了算法竞赛国家级奖项，许多同学取得了各种舞台剧、歌舞朗诵等文体美育类奖项，同学之间建立起更深的友谊和信任。
Through the committee’s tireless stewardship, multiple classmates garnered national algorithmic olympiad honors, while many shone in theatrical, dance, and recitation competitions, fostering deep mutual trust and friendship.
作为一班之长，王怡硕遵循着“以真心换真心”的处事信条，重视一件件充满幸福感的小事对班风班魂的影响。他至今难忘当班级取得了先进班集体的荣誉称号，每位同学都得到了一罐刻有自己名字的可乐的奖励时脸上的笑容。“让大家都感受到班级不是一个孤立抽象的名次，而是每一位班级成员避风的港湾。”这是王怡硕质朴而真挚的班长准则，也是他荣获此次殊荣的秘诀。
As monitor, Wang adheres to the creed of “exchanging sincerity for sincerity,” cherishing the uplifting impact of small acts of care. He vividly recalls the radiant smiles when the class won the Advanced Collective honor, gifted with custom Coke cans engraved with each student’s name. “Ensuring everyone feels the class is no abstract metric, but a welcoming haven for all.” That is his authentic code, and the secret behind his recognition.
吾心若蓝湖，沉静亦有条
A Heart Like a Blue Lake: Serene and Methodical
大学生活丰富多彩，却依旧存在着未可知的突发情况，如若不能合理应对紧急情况，会对班风班纪乃至同学们的健康安全造成危害。作为班长，如何应对突发紧急情况以及调解同学之间的摩擦是一重大考验。而对王怡硕来说，这一难题总能在他的不懈努力下迎刃而解。在疫情期间，他在应对发热同学的紧急就医工作上表现出了过人的冷静，在深夜同学发烧的情况下，他有条不紊地联系宿管并及时通知辅导员以及校医院单位，在其合理的安排下，发烧同学得到了及时治疗，同时保障了其他同学的健康安全。
Campus life is rich and varied, but unforeseen emergencies still arise; if they are not handled properly, they can endanger class discipline and students’ health and safety. For a monitor, responding to emergencies and mediating friction among classmates are major tests. Wang consistently resolved such difficulties through persistent effort. During the epidemic, he showed exceptional calm when a classmate developed a fever late at night: he methodically contacted the dormitory staff and promptly notified the counselor and campus hospital. His arrangements ensured that the student received timely treatment while protecting the health and safety of the others.
另外，在大学生活中如何合理安排好班级事务和学习上的时间也是一件至关重要的大事，对于班长犹然。王怡硕秉持“优秀是一种习惯”的精神，将班级工作以及学习都做到至善，他安排好日常的学习工作时间，就急而先，明确工作的轻重缓急、截止时间，高效地完成班级建设任务。同时，他团结班委成员、宿舍长等干部，逐层分级将繁琐的事务简便化，不仅提高了工作效率，更增添班级凝聚力。在他的带领下，班级工作井然有序，同学间紧密团结，凸显出其强大心理素质以及领导能力。
Furthermore, properly balancing class affairs and study time is crucial, especially for a monitor. Guided by the idea that “excellence is a habit,” Wang strives to do both class work and study as well as possible. He plans his daily study and work, handles urgent matters first, identifies priorities and deadlines, and completes class-development tasks efficiently. He also unites class committee members, dormitory leaders, and other student officers, distributing complicated affairs by level to simplify them. This not only improves efficiency but also strengthens class cohesion. Under his leadership, class work is orderly and classmates are closely united, demonstrating his strong composure and leadership.
只问心神，但行无愧
Listening to Conscience, Acting Without Remorse
好的经验总是值得大家借鉴学习。针对学弟学妹的疑问，十佳班长王怡硕群策群力，为各年级班长们提供了管理班级的锦囊妙计。
Exemplary experience merits emulation. Addressing junior monitors’ queries, Wang distilled practical counsel for student leaders across grades.
担任班长数年之久，王怡硕对班长的职务有了更加深刻的理解：作为班长他首先是要以身作则，班长作为一个班的核心成员，是所有同学心目中的标杆，在学习工作中起模范带头作用，关心集体，有一份光发一份热。其次应该做好班级内部的信息沟通工作，在大学中难免会有信息闭塞存在，而班长作为核心班委，有更多的机会接触到学校内的大小事务，做好信息的上传下达尤为重要。另外，在班级管理上王怡硕严格要求，公正处理，坚决维护班级的纪律，树立良好学风，极大程度挖掘班级潜力以及活力，尽力提高班级凝聚力。
Having served for years, Wang has developed a deeper understanding of the post. First, a monitor must lead by example. As a core member of the class and a benchmark in classmates’ eyes, the monitor should set an example in study and work, care for the collective, and contribute whatever he can. Second, the monitor should ensure good internal communication. Information gaps are unavoidable at university, and a core class officer has more opportunities to learn about school affairs, making it especially important to relay information upward and downward. In class management, Wang also sets strict requirements, handles matters fairly, firmly upholds discipline, cultivates a good academic atmosphere, brings out the class’s potential and vitality as much as possible, and strives to strengthen cohesion.
总而言之，班长不仅仅只是一份职务，一份工作，更是一份难得的荣誉一份责任，在王怡硕的身上，我们不仅看见了难能可贵坚韧不拔的意志，还有沉着冷静的处事风格，更有一丝不苟管理班级的责任。无论在生活还是学习上，王怡硕都是值得学习的榜样，在求学之路上，正因为有了王怡硕这样有强烈责任心的同学，学海才会更加有趣，一路的风景才会更加宽广曼妙。
In summary, the class monitor is more than a title; it is an honor and a sacred trust. In Wang Yishuo, we behold tenacious will, unflappable composure, and meticulous diligence. In life as in scholarship, he stands as an inspiring role model whose commitment renders the academic voyage richer and its vistas far broader.

我们常说万事开头难，好的开始是成功的一半。我们见证了这支斩获金奖的团队的实力，却不曾见过它尚在襁褓中的模样。
As the proverb goes, all beginnings are hard, and a good start is half the battle. We have witnessed the formidable prowess of this gold-winning team, yet few saw it in its nascent cradle.
的确在参加比赛的过程中，团队组成是非常重要的。我觉得团队人员的组成就像是每一个有机单元，大家分工合理，内容细致，从大类上区分就是技术团队与商业团队的有机融合，大家彼此相互交融，在组建团队的过程中就需要考虑到团队之间彼此的分工协作；当然，确定参赛项目确实是一个比较难的过程，也像华杰学长和刘淼学长前面所提，我们遇到困难时，会一起讨论解决，在一些难点面前，我们还会寻找指导老师的建议帮助，从而打磨出一个比较完善项目~（实力都很强）
Indeed, team composition is paramount in competitive arenas. Team members function like organic units, with a sensible division of labor and detailed responsibilities; at the broadest level, the technical and business teams integrate organically and their members work closely with one another. Defining the project scope was arduous; as seniors Huajie and Liu Miao noted, we resolved roadblocks through collaborative debate and faculty mentorship, gradually refining a relatively complete project.
伟大的成绩和辛勤的劳动是成正比的，有一份努力就有一份收获，想请问学长们，你们认为在这场比赛中自己最大的收获是什么呢？
Outstanding achievement is proportional to arduous labor; every effort yields its harvest. May I ask what you consider your greatest gain from this championship?
我觉着有两个方面，第一是四年的双创历程让我学到了如何将技术创新同实践应用相结合，明白了科技创新的本质和初心是为社会发展而服务，第二就是让我和团队小伙伴合作更加默契，就比如我和刘淼，我们负责不同的技术方向，也擅长不同领域的技能，经过双创比赛的磨合，我们配合也越来越默契，相信以后在课题组我们能通过团结合作，产出更多成果！
I perceive two core takeaways: First, four years in innovation competitions taught me how to bridge technical breakthroughs with practical deployment, recognizing that technology exists to serve societal advancement. Second, it forged seamless synergy among teammates—for instance, Liu Miao and I oversee disparate technical branches, and the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions made our cooperation increasingly well coordinated. I believe that through solidarity and collaboration in the research group, we can produce more results in the future.”
Part2攻坚克难 Part 2: Overcoming Obstacles and Tackling Difficulties
成功的花，人们只惊艳盛开时的美丽，却没有想到它曾是多么弱小与无助。
People only marvel at the radiant bloom of success, forgetting how fragile and vulnerable its seedling once was.
在平时的过程中，学长们是如何能够协调好竞赛与其他的事务之间的关系的呢？
Throughout your daily routines, how did you balance competition demands with other commitments?
其实不同的事务之间不仅仅是协调关系，也是相互借鉴关系。我们在处理不同事务之间的转换，首先要学会构建框架，就比如科研可以服务于竞赛，学生工作可以帮助我们学会协调团队等等，当我们学会借鉴的时候，做事情自然事半功倍，效率大大提升。其次我觉着我们要学会舍与得，人的精力毕竟有限，根据个人的实际情况，不可能事事都做到最好，能够专注于一两件事情做到精益求精，贪多则嚼不烂！
Different commitments are not merely in tension; they mutually inform one another. We construct systemic frameworks: research bolsters competitions, and student governance hones team coordination, yielding compounding efficiency. Furthermore, one must master selective focus—human energy is finite, and attempting everything yields mediocrity; focusing on core pursuits achieves true mastery.
竞赛最后的结果是如愿以偿的喜悦，但想必在比赛的过程中也遇到过很多困难和坎坷吧，
While the final victory brought triumphant joy, you undoubtedly weathered formidable turbulence during the process?
在我看来，最难以逾越的困境其实是出现在我们确立了研究方向和研究内容，但对核心技术细节仍处于“似懂非懂”的状态时。我们的项目主要是将航天热控原理民用化，虽然这一套系统在宇航环境下能够高效运行，但运行环境的改变其实会带来很多问题，比如热源数量变多变密、传输距离的增长、对扩展程度的更高要求等。在面对这些困境时，其实核心的方法还是要去学习，去探索，坚持有用的科研，做创新性的工作。当对技术细节完全掌握的时候，这些问题也就不复存在。
The most daunting impasse arose when we defined the research direction yet hovered in semi-comprehension regarding core engineering nuances. Adapting aerospace thermal-control principles for civilian use created many problems when the operating environment changed, including more numerous and denser heat sources, longer transmission distances, and greater demands for expandability. The central response was to study and explore, persist in useful research, and do innovative work. Once the technical details were fully understood, those problems ceased to exist.
此外，还要学会“抱团取暖”，综合利用团队的跨学科背景和专家老师的辅导帮助共同解决问题。
Additionally, cross-disciplinary collaboration was crucial, making combined use of the team’s interdisciplinary background and the guidance of expert teachers to conquer hurdles.
Part3师友协作，共创辉煌 Part 3: Mentorship and Camaraderie: Forging Brilliance Together
团队能取得这样的好成绩，自然离不开学院、学校的支持与帮助以及指导老师的悉心指导。
Achieving such distinctions is inseparable from institutional support and tireless faculty mentorship.
当学长们意见出现分歧时，大家又是如何解决的呢？
When differing viewpoints arose among team members, how did you reconcile them?
其实在项目推进的过程中出现分歧是在所难免的，出现分歧的主要原因我觉得是在于不同人对于技术核心或者商业价值的不同解读。当我们遇到意见不统一的情况时，通常是会坐下来针对这一问题进行仔细地讨论，争取能得到统一的结论。如果实在无法达成共识，我们会联系指导老师和相关专家进行指导，最后达成共识，然后向着同一个目标继续推进。
Divergence is natural in complex undertakings, typically stemming from varying interpretations of technical viability versus commercial return. We sat together for thorough evaluations to forge consensus. When deadlocked, we sought guidance from faculty advisors and industry specialists to align perspectives before charging toward our shared objective.
第一个就是在省赛决赛备赛期间，华杰学长亲身返校1个月和我们线下，反复梳理商业思路和答辩问题，刘淼学长全程线上为我们梳理技术路线，深入剖析分析问题。在学长们的陪伴指导下，我们一起从白天到黑夜，反复梳理了不知道多少遍的答辩问题、推翻重来了不知道多少版PPT，最终能够顺利进入国赛，觉得既温暖又激动；
During provincial finals preparation, Senior Huajie returned to campus for an entire month to coach us on defense strategies and business logic, while Senior Liu Miao dissected engineering pathways online. Grinding from dawn till midnight, rehearsing defenses countless times and overhauling slide decks repeatedly, advancing to the national finals was both moving and electrifying.
在国赛备赛期间，指导老师郭春生教授指导我们反复梳理项目核心，陪我们熬夜修改材料，张文学老师为我们出谋划策，帮助我们打磨项目，也正是这个过程中老师以及学长带着我们一起不断推进，才能够不断进步，取得如今的成绩。
Leading into national finals, Professor Guo Chunsheng guided us in sharpening project narratives and burning midnight oil to polish dossiers, while Teacher Zhang Wenxue contributed tactical refinements; it was the teachers and senior students who kept moving the project forward with us through this process, allowing us to improve continuously and achieve today’s result.
Part4 未来之日，愿为后辈铺路架桥 Part 4: Paving Pathways for Future Generations
“池边写字师前辈，座右题铭律后生。”在采访的最后，诸位学长纷纷寄语学弟学妹。“当我们前路一片迷茫的时候，是学长学姐们为我们指点迷津，这个项目的成就绝不只属于我们几个团队成员。我们希望可以把我们之前有过的经验都传授给学弟学妹，让他们带着我们的希望继续前行。”
“Practicing calligraphy by the pond emulating forebears; inscribing mottos to discipline successors.” Concluding the interview, the team offered words of wisdom: “When our path was shrouded in fog, senior alumni lit the way. This honor belongs not to us alone; we hope to pass down every hard-won lesson so younger peers may carry the torch forward.”
在田鑫学长看来，“勇于尝试，善于思考”的座右铭是他们团队成功的制胜法宝。
In Senior Tian Xin’s view, the creed of “daring to experiment, adept at reflection” was their winning formula.
比赛的结果也许并不是那么重要，但是这一段经历的过程，包括所思、所言、所想、所学，才是最有价值的精华；一定要敢于去尝试，不需要太在意结果，只有敢于尝试才有可能；其次要在做事的过程中，善于总结和反思自己的不足，并且加以弥补和改正，只有这样才能够真正意义上成长；在过程当中一定会遇到很多的困难，个人也一定会栽不少的跟头，但是要懂得思考，敢于正视问题与不足，并且敢于行动与弥补这些缺口，只有这样，才会不断成长，走得更远。
Tournament outcomes are secondary; the lived journey—what was contemplated, voiced, and mastered—constitutes the true treasure. Dare to experiment without fixation on immediate results, for possibility awakens only through courage. Reflect continuously on shortcomings to rectify them; hurdles and stumbles are inevitable, but facing deficiencies honestly and acting resolutely to close the gaps ensures genuine growth and lasting horizons.
这是一群热爱科研，志存高远的年轻人，他们在追求梦想的道路上勇敢前行，在不断的尝试中收获奋斗的快乐和成功的喜悦。科研路漫漫，相信在他们的带领之下，将会有更多的同学投入到科研工作中来，共同奋斗，实现青春梦想。
These are ambitious youths passionately committed to research, striding courageously to savor the joy of struggle and triumph. I believe their example will inspire more students to join research frontiers, chasing youthful dreams in collective endeavor.
